Usability Audit

Objective:

Check the current website to find problems and areas for improvement to make it easier and more enjoyable for users.

Findings:
  • Visual Appeal: The old site wasn’t very exciting and didn’t fully show MINI’s fun and playful style.

  • Navigation Structure: Users had trouble finding information because the categories were unclear and the layout was messy.

  • Customisation Options: There weren’t many options for users to change the design to fit their preferences.

  • Product Exploration: Users wanted better ways to look at products in detail.

Recommendations:
  • Use fun colors and designs that represent MINI’s brand.

  • Create clear categories for easier navigation.

  • Add features that let users customize their experience.

  • Include 360-degree images of products so users can explore them in detail.
