Background
Recently, global warming has been getting worse, and sea levels are rising much faster than we expected. Coastal cities are flooding, putting around 600 million people living in low-lying areas at risk. Cities with many people and valuable buildings will face even more damage from flooding, so it’s very important to prevent this in advance. Because of this, countries around the world are focusing on building floating cities.

Based on this understanding, we believe there is a need for branding comfortable and luxurious mixed-use homes that can save both nature and people in floating cities in our country.
Overview
We are a team of students working on a project to create an apartment brand in floating cities. Our goal is to protect the Earth and people from rising sea levels. We want to provide comfort for busy people who feel tired from everyday life. At the same time, we aim to create a space that inspires dreams and imagination for children. Our homes above the sea will be designed like pieces of art, making life beautiful for both now and in the future.
Strategy

Naming
Lartmer combines "L’art sur La Mer," which means "Art on the Sea" in French. Lartmer gives a strong yet gentle feeling. It shows the hope that the most comfortable and happiest place—your home—can become beautiful art on the sea, making your current and future life also feel like art.
Brand Story
Lartmer offers living spaces where the art of the sea shines, making your home and life feel special. In this nature-friendly place with Lartmer, the clean air and wide sea help modern people find peace and comfort in their busy lives. It also becomes a dream playground for children, helping them grow their imagination and creativity. Enjoy a new life in luxurious spaces with beautiful views outside your window, which are like works of art. Lartmer will be with you to make sure your home can be a place where your life today and in the future feels like art.
